It follows a zero-trust architecture, where all cryptographic operations—such as key generation, transaction signing, and authentication—are handled internally by the chip, ensuring the private key never leaves the secure enclave.

    This means you don’t store your seed phrase on your phone—you store it in a dedicated cryptographic vault, integrated invisibly into your phone case. This level of protection rivals standalone hardware wallets, but with the added benefit of everyday convenience and physical presence.

    By default, your seed phrase is stored securely in the chip inside your HIDDEN case. Your phone is just a display — it holds no sensitive data. But if both the phone and case are lost or stolen, you can still recover your wallet using one of these backup methods:

    • Encrypted Backup (Optional):
      During setup, you can create an encrypted version of your seed phrase, protected by your own passphrase, and store it securely (offline or in the cloud).

    • Multi-Device Sync (Coming Soon):
      Optionally pair your HIDDEN case with a second device (like a backup case or key tag) for added resilience.

    • Manual Seed Backup (Advanced):
      For full control, you can export and securely store the seed phrase offline using industry-standard methods.

    HIDDEN never holds your keys—we empower you with the tools to safeguard them. Recovery is secure, flexible, and always under your control.

  • We are expecting this product to ship in 2026. This date is an estimate, and is subject to change. At the time of shipping, we will collect your shipping address and you will be responsible for taxes, shipping and fees.

  • We are targeting availability in as many markets as possible. Once we get a sense of demand, we will communicate which countries this product will be available in. In the event that we do not get enough preorders in your market and/or the product is not made available to you, you will receive a refund of your deposit.

  • Generally, customers are not entitled to a refund of the deposit. However, if HIDDEN determines not to move forward with the product, customers will be refunded. If the product ships, there will be a return policy associated with the product and refunds will be subject to that return policy.
